Who we are
Body Atlas is run by a sole trader, who is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@bodyatlas.co.uk.
Visiting the site
We don't use cookies, analytics or trackers. If you use the light or dark switch, your browser remembers your choice on your device. Our host, Netlify, handles technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps it as long as it needs to for that or to meet its legal obligations. Netlify is based in the US, so this information may be processed there; the safeguard for this is the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Emails
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply. We also email clinics about their listings, sometimes writing to named staff using contact details the clinic publishes. Our email provider is Zoho Mail. We keep emails for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. Please don't send us medical details. If you do, we'll delete them.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interests: running the site securely, replying to messages, and contacting clinics about their listings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to or limit how we use it. Email hello@bodyatlas.co.uk. You can also complain to us at the same address, or to the Information Commission (ICO).
